This project us based on the data of the American Institute of Graphic Artists' first annual survey and focusing on the data pertaining to work-life balance. For me the first big hurdle was to parse it into trends that made sense. Initially I was extremely confused - none of the variables I expected were showing any correlation to work-life balance. Over time I discovered the only factors that had showed a significant and meaningful relation to work-life balance were those of the feelings of designers. From this discovery I worked to translate this data into the form of a poster and later an interactive database as well. Both were a signifiant test of my information architecture and infographic creation skills.
